I think some of the lawsuits against big tobacco are warranted, they've done some shady shit.

I wouldn't put that on par with suing a glue company because they never said their product wasn't safe for hair

Utahs getting rid of concealed permits, I’m thinking about picking up a little 22 mag at some point, pocket pistol.

 

AZ is constitutional carry, CCW not required for open or conceal carry here.

At that point, why bother with something like that when you can legally carry a real gun.

I wouldn’t get the one I posted above though, that’s ridiculous.

 

That McD's story about the hot coffee has more to it than the headline though. It does make the lady sound like a lawsuit happy crazy person, but she had to get skin grafted to fix 3rd degree burns to her lap...that coffee was something like almost 200˚ hot which is way over what it's supposed to be at.

Not saying I agree with the decision or how much she received, but even that sounds normal compared to suing a glue company because it ruined your hair lol.

Im jealous. Current wait time in NC for a CCW in my county is 6 months. Took 3 weeks just to get a pistol purchase permit.
