I've been wanting some extended flex head ratchets. I think I might get the tekton set.

Let us know how you like them. I’m super happy with my Tekton stuff, but haven’t tried the ratchets.

Wish it had a comfort grip to match my 1/4” and 3/8” 120XP ratchets but otherwise I love it. Minor complaint.

I’ve been really happy with them all.

Comfort grips are nice and I've got three snap on with comfort grips, two of which I use everyday, but the issue I've run into is the handle is thicker and on rare occasions I cannot fit the comfort grip ratchet where a regular bare metal handle ratchet would fit.

I would always pick an underground service vs an overhead assuming the distance isn’t terribly far and you wouldn’t have to jack up a driveway or something. Do you have pad mount or pole mount service? It would be cheaper to rent a trencher and do the work up to the service yourself if adding a second meter. I ran a 100 amp direct buried triplex cable to my shop from my existing house panel. The cost was parts only and very doable. The electric company will always charge you an arm and a leg if they’re going to add a new service.

Most meter sockets for residential are rated for 300 amps so to go to 400 amp you’d have to upgrade the meter socket to a 400 amp which can get pricey. You can run a 200 amp service off an existing 200 amp panel as long as the diversity factor calculation is performed correctly and the inspector is satisfied.

My friends dad let me borrow his machete. It was super dull, had surface rust and some chips on the blade side. Unusable.
The first pic was after a quick sanding to get rid of the surface rust. Got this bench sander and stared working. Second pic is just two passes on the sander. Youtube video is it finished.
Its not perfect but man is it WAYYYY better. Now you can actually cut stuff with it. Also cleaned up the blade with a scotch brite pad and WD40. Worked out well. Happy to have this sander for other things that need to be sharpened. Axes, lawn mower blades, etc.

it was only $50. I bought 120 grit sandpaper belt also for another $4 or something (ill prob get other grits on Amazon). Sander comes with one 80 grit belt. Also bought the face shield. Im really happy with it. its super sturdy and comfortable.

well jus touching back on this after talking with many about the future sell of the house.

The house build in 87 doesn't have a main disconnect. So I've decided to do the 400 amp service. I bought this meter socket, two of these 200 amp breakers, this 200 amp panel for the shop, I still need to order my 3 inch conduit, weatherhead.

It's expensive, but once done it's done.
