    Cost of living is pretty low. Winters are mild. Humidity sucks ass in the summer time. Gas isn’t terribly expensive.

    it snowed here Saturday and was damn near 70F today. You can experience all 4 seasons in 1 week.

    couple hours to the mountains, couple hours to the beach.

    The real estate market is crazy hot right now.

    It’s a nice place to be; relatively speaking.

    if you vote blue, Raleigh/Cary will be a better area to live.
