It’s because of how they factory credit scores. If you have high utilization you get knocked.

There’s also like 20 other things that factor into it at various weights. Some things impact more than others. Credit utilization is about 30% of your score.

 

I haven't touched my credit card since November when I ordered my front bumper. Told myself no more credit card purchases until it's payed off unless I ABSOLUTELY need to use it

 

Unless your home value has gone up. Then you can have it appraised and your loan will now be 80% or less. Interest rates are also dirt cheap now, so depending on what your current rate is, that can have a huge impact on your monthly payment.

I wasn't really looking for the subaru at the time it was an impulse buy. Luckily the payments on it were only like $103 a month so I payed the monthly payment weekly lol. I guess you could say the house is an impulse buy, I really wanted the garage

 

Everything is covered when I'm on the road for work. Could probably easily double that otherwise.

Also have to balance grains with other food groups. Protein, dairy, cider, etc. ..

Doesn’t hurt to check, especially with what interest rates are. You can have them run the numbers and you can then decide if it’s worth doing. I had them put together a few diff options for me.

 

Traveling for work is great until you stop and then realize how expensive everything is... I hadn’t paid for fuel in 5 years and everything during the week was paid for so I didn’t spend much on food either

 

Well the cost of an appraisal would hurt if we end up empty handed, so to speak. Plus I don't know if the appraiser would like that our cat tore up part of the carpet and that we have built a plywood divider into the basement.
