I tried ordering before with Shocksurrplus, when it processes thru, only the 5160 is ordered b/c the 6112 is not available.

Got my 6112/5160 from Wheelers yesterday. $1,057 with taxes included and assembled also. There's a 10% coupon.

When you visit their website it asks you if you want to register an email for a first time purchase of 10% off.

I believe they mostly have the 5160s in stock and the delay is with the 6112. I think their 5160 is cheapest i see online for $380. Their 6112 might show in stock, but mostly it isnt. I would call them first.

Anyone have fender to hub measurements on their #5/6 setting? I wrapped up my install this weekend and am sitting at roughly 23 1/8th" I was hop for 2.25-2.5" all around after settling so I'm afraid it'll settle at 2"

Double cab auto and no bumpers/winch/plates

Hey guys, I just install my front steel bumper + winch and my front went down way to much. Going to order some 700 springs but can't figure out what notch to leave it on to achieve 2" lift - even 2.5 if possible. Preparing myself for the skid + rear bumper to be installed also.

So what happens if I'm on #6/5 on an SR5 with no added weight? I'm 100% pavement. Shows not recommend.

Someone posted in this thread replacement lower shock bushings. I think it was for the TRD pro shocks which are basically the same. Without going back through 100 pages can someone repost pn's? Also are they the same as for the 5100's? those are available on wheelers and others.

I thought they used an OEM lower bushing which I think is the same on all models. Should be able to just ask the part department at the dealer. I could be wrong though.

Yes. Critical they don't press on the center metal sleeve. They need to press the outer sleeve. I had a hard time finding something the perfect size for that.

Oh and I can do that job if needed. I'm in Lakewood.

Does setting 6112 on #6/5 really eliminate taco lean? I've read hundreds of pages and a lot of contradicting info.

My lift is scheduled for this Saturday. Most lifts are OR running 6/5, so a slight difference from my SR5. I have 1/4" top plates ordered also.

Are the 6112 and 5160 rebuildable? When should I start considering to rebuild?

Couldn't really find the information I was looking for so I jumped on a set of 650 springs from bilstein as they weren't on back ordered. Should be here in 2 weeks or so. My only goal is to get my front up to the original 6112 5th clip setting height if not a bit more. Will have to play with the clip settings, hopefully I wont be maxing them out to achieve it.

    Steel Hybrid bumper
    9.5k Winch w/ synthetic rope
    Steel Sliders
    Steel Skids

pics of how it sits currently, you can see that massive rake with the OME HD leafs in the rear.

mine settled at pretty much exactly 2" less than a month after install (it was around 3" at first then immediately fell to 2.5 after a ride around the block)

    Hi guys,
I am looking into buying the 6112 and 5160 setup for my truck.
Before placing my order I am trying to figure out what setting I would need to put the springs on to achieve a completely leveled look.
I do not plan to lift the rear and want to retain the factory leaf springs.
I have a 2016 trd off-road double cab with no added weight (no sliders, and no plans to get a front bumper).

Thanks in advance for you help!

3/2 would be a good bet. I’m at 1/0 with stock leaf springs and I actually lost about 1/4” in the front but it’s not noticeable.
