Only getting my rear diff welded up for now

might get them to do cnc cutout of thick lbj brackets for the slug at a later date when I start thrashing 32s if they do good work

You ever driven a welded diff?

I havnt but know the stress it puts on the powertrain mounts, u joints, clutch, wheel bearings, increased turning radius, and increased tire wear is gonna be a no from me dawg if you're dailying it

I could have bought a welded ls 400 diff for 40 bucks but the dude was straight up with me and old me not to do it

not yet, but i never drove a MT prior to the slug and here we are lol.

I have 30k on my current wildpeaks with decent tread left. But, the Az sun is rotting them out in between the treads. The sun here will kill my tires just as fast

Wildpeaks are trash, an aquantince of mine has some and theyre dry rotted and worn to shit in 30k miles on his 3rd gen taco

A buddy of mine has had goodyear duratrecs and they've held up well, as well as the Yokohama geolandars I had on my tacoma I'd say
