Hey who was driving west toward Canjo yesterday on I90 around 1:30? 3rd gen snorkel and lights. I know you're on here. :spy:

I was heading East out of Canjo on 90.

Would anyone be interested in doing some non-wheeling activities?

one thought I had would be a Hudson River float trip/clean up day? there are easily dozens of tires and car parts littering the crystal clear stretch of river from warrensburg to lake luzerne.
I noticed that last year and would like to float the river with a canoe in tow and start picking up trash

there is enough river width and separate channels for at least three separate groups.

Is there anyway to tell if the no maintenance means that it becomes a snowmobile track in the winter?

It’s a road that you have a right to.
I check to see if there are properties that is support. If it is, I call it good.
That was over 3’ deep, couldn’t even open the drivers door to get out

If it's a state / NYSSA trail, it'll be marked as such (Snowmobiles only, no wheeled veh, whatever). Plus there will be trail markers and a billion sled tracks on it.
And no, you do not take a truck onto it at that point. You're dealing with riders at 80 to 120mph on the straights, 40 to 70 on the curves. It is what it is.

I drove down a “seasonal use highway” near beat slides, which I took to mean no plowing in the winter and met some upset snowmobilers who told me it was a snowmobile only track in the winter.
