Complaining? Whiney asses? I STILL don't have my damn parts! This is just getting crazy. They PROMiSED me that my sleeves would be here Friday, then Friday comes around, and NOTHING!!

Yeah maybe I am complaining and whining, but who wouldn't be after dropping $500 and then having to deal with the BS I'm STILL dealing with. They sure look nice sitting on my table, but they're made for my truck, not a center piece!!

I was impressed how much James was running around for me to try to get my parts to me as soon as possible. I started installing them on Saturday when my dumbass finally realized that I had two passenger side uca's. So I called him up to see what he can do. He said he'll overnight them on Monday. I wasn't happy with that so I called back and said ship them today. I didn't know that ups does pickups on Saturdays but not overnights so I start getting a little frustrated but he kept his cool. He kept trying to find ways to get them to me asap. He tried running down to the airport to see if he could get them on a plane to me because he couldn't do it over the phone. That didn't work out because he said it would have been like $450 just to ship so I agreed that was ridiculous. So I had pretty much given up and figured I'd have them by Tuesday. Then I get another call from James, his dad is traveling to Florida Sunday. Woo hoo that could work out awesome. So he made some more phone calls and it turns out his dad was going to Tallahassee which is about 3 hours away. I didn't have the time that weekend and I didn't want his dad to drive that far so I just had him overnight them on Monday so I could get them Tuesday.

Although I didn't get them on Sunday like I had hoped I'm still impressed with all the loops James went through to try to accommodate me. We must have been going back and forth for hours trying to figure it out. I respect him for that. My 2 cents on the situation.

The product seems pretty good, but the CS was not good at all in my opinion. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. I'm glad most of the other people had a good experience though.

 

Let us know how it goes, I was about to order right before all this mess. So now I don't know.

 

Ive been on the fence about TC and these but now that im ready to buy i dont know yet.

 

Take a look at my pictures and look at the problems I had. If u could live with those then pull the trigger. After everything got taken care of with the sleeves and jimmy rigging the ball joint sleeve I was happy with them.

 

WTF!?!? I just ordered a pair, taking a freaking chance and they charged me 568.91!!!!! I live in AZ and they said it would only be 489.99!!! 78.92 dollars extra! I'm pissed! I paid with CC can I canx?

If you read back, there is another guy in this thread who had the same problem. I'm also in AZ and mine were $510 after shipping. Something is definitely f$&cked up!!

Ditch the Built Wrong UCAs and go TC! (actually they're built pretty good, they just have shitty CS)
