Still think TITNC3: Return of the Iceberg was peak

Gonna see what apha does in the morning. This morning it looks like it tanked, the morning before it ... Hmm

alrighty time to figure out what to do with a CD expiring in my Roth. Was a nice 3%. I'm thinking a lot will go toward ARK etfs. Don't know which one but I don't think I can go wrong honestly.

It's LIACF. I picked some up this morning. It's a solid long term hold. The have a plant in Tonopah that's super close to a TSLA gigafactory. Rumors are that they will supply good old Elon with his lithium. It's worth it if those rumors never happen. You'll be kicking yourself in the ass if that rumor ever does happen and you aren't holding some.

 

BFT is merging with Paysafe PSFE who is a little behind PayPal overall but a clear leader in the online gaming industry. I bought just a few shares about a month ago. Up 9% nothing crazy but merger is later this year so there's still time.

 

Anything that ELON goes near looks like it wants to be on a space X rocket so you might have just sold me on this. Looking into it more now.

 

Yea, been sitting on those boring shares waiting for that for months now.

If you get bored search my username and @TreeFortRichard username with LIACF. We where taking about it a year ago. I traded it and got out. I'm pretty sure he held. Been seeing too much info in here and the net about the merger for apha and I think this explains it best to help people know what they have to do in order to actually achieve arbitrage in a merger.

I was there when the company I work for merged with another publicly traded company and I was actually doing all the sec filings at the time. Just be careful as we (the acquiring company) took a dive after the merger and still are not where we were back in 2017 stock prices.

Have fun but if it were me making money on the run up till merger date or before is about as long as I personally would hold it.

In and out and after the merger maybe buy back but who knows what will happen in this insane crazy market.
