Nope, just says 15% for 2+ products. Idk what they could get us through the FB group.

The financial department and I did some numbers and the discount isn't enough for us to be scrambling for the items so we've decided to put it off for now.

Same. I kinda talked it us down off the ledge. We're looking hard at the suspension and thinking it'd be better to prep for the weight after everything goes on. So @81Trekker 's JDFabrication Bolt-on 62" Swap, 14" Travel Shocks purchased from you know who ;), and heavier coils in the front.
Time now is to think what spring rate I need. I assume 700lb but I'd like to hear your thoughts. Once I have skids, sliders and the dual swing rear on its gonna be a heavy pig. Also need to consider what 62" leaf pack I'll need. We've also been talking regear to 4.88.

Damn I haven't posted in a while in here.
Priced out all the bits and bobs for the 63 swap and it's coming in around $800~ (before shocks and relocation so ~$1400 optimistically) which is a lot less than what the JD fab kit would cost me. I know his stuff is super top notch, and it would be super easy to just bolt on the kit, but this is a budget build. Plus I get to weld on my truck some more, so 'Built not Bought'?

    Saved for reference: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/how-to-chevy-63-leaf-spring-swap.377756/

Anyways I'm also planning the sliders. I really need to get on top of getting them done. That 8' of 1/4" wall Square tube isn't gonna cut itself. Priority one is measuring how long I want the runners to be so I can see how I'll go about cutting them since there will be 8 runners, 4 on each side for maximum strength (as if 1/4" wall tube wasn't enough). Since the main part is already done I just need to set one side on jack stands and position it where I want it. After that I can measure the distance and get my numbers. I'll cut it on the plus side just in case.
Then I remembered that @1 Bored Clerk graciously provided us with the cad files for bolt on plates: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/diy-bolt-on-frame-plates-for-sliders.302192/
So that's in the realm of possibilities and makes me feel a lot better not having to weld these suckers to the frame. We'll see.

    Time to start stacking pennies....

Once suspension is all sorted (which reminds me I need 700 lb coils, add that to the list) we are moving on to stage 2 with Regearing, full skids and rear high clearance.

I'm deciding on whether I'll stick them out a bit longer than the usual or not. Wouldn't be much more than an 1" difference though. The 1/4" wall tube is going to be way overkill so I have no problem worrying about hits there.

Gonna be awhile. Hopefully get the 63s under the rear first and skids and sliders on. Then I'll regear and move toward 285s instead of skinnies which will mean needing the negative offset wheels.

The OEM Sport rims have a +30 offset which means even with my spacers the tire sits very close to the UCA/Coil at droop.

Do you have you BOM for the swap in an Excel file or anything? I'm starting the exact same thing and I like when I can just ask somebody I trust for what they did that worked. If you don't have that, maybe it would be worth me putting one together with part numbers?

So ruffstuff parts (Ideal 63 swap kit and outriggers) are around $350. Leafs are $152 a piece new from KC Springs. Then Braided extended length brake lines will be in the realm of $150. Finally the straps will be like $60 IIRC. Then I'm buying 14" (IIRC?) shocks from @Sociopenguin
Oh and the shock relocates will be JD Fab since they can take a 14" travel shock and using geometry? Trigonometry? Math. to make it 19" of flex at the wheel. I need to call the shop to find pricing on that though. I tried pming @81Trekker but I'm sure he's super busy. I just haven't remembered to do it until after the shops already closed. Working nights sucks for that kind of thing.

The other route I could go is full JD Fab but it's a little more pricey which is not budget built. The flip side though is his 62" swap setup is full bolt on. So you should check that out if you want the easy route.
DIY for the 63 is gonna take a lot of beer, time and patience. Maybe a couple stogies too.

Honestly, I think taking the bed off to do it, would probably make it the easiest. @ovrlndkull did so at @Casper66 's house and it seemed like it made getting everything right easier. IIRC.
