My boss believes the Mustang was purchased new by his aunt, and his dad bought it from her in the 1970s; This car is very basic and rather oddly optioned in my opinion, with the following features...

• 289cid V8
• 3-speed automatic transmission
• Power steering
• Manual 4-wheel drum brakes
• Two-tone interior

It obviously does not have air-conditioning, but my boss plans on getting that installed during the restoration; He also plans on adding disc brakes in the front and adding power-assist. Other plans include a retro-styled modern radio with Bluetooth and SiriusXM, and factory Ford wheels!

 

The car was repainted at some point and this dark blue is not original; The factory color is Sapphire Blue, as seen on the Mustang convertible below...




The car will be repainted in the factory color!

Good morning; I’m getting sick of snow...

 

Last night...

 

Not gonna be needing these guys for a while...

 

I heard last Summer that because this was a "La Nina" weather phenomenon year (opposite of "El Nino") that this Winter would be much drier than usual.

What a steaming crock of shit...must be nice to be a weather guesser (as my wife calls them) to be able to be wrong most of the time and till keep your job. Her mom used to say "Little boys who lie grow up to be weather men"

 

I was sick of Winter on December 20th, lol. Not looking forward to shoveling the damn driveway again today.

 

Buy a snowblower!

 

I don't know how well that would work on a gravel driveway though.

 

As long as it was just your neighbors' windows that got broken, it would probably be ok...
