    Greetings all!
I'm currently replacing my driver's side front wheel bearing hub assembly. Problem is, I can't get the damn axel nut to come loose! Every video I've watched, it just comes right off with an impact or ratchet. My impact won't budge it, and my ratchet, just rotates the whole the damn assembly when I get enough juice into it to move. What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks

Screwdriver in the rotor against the caliper is the best way.

Im lucky. I do so many different oriented bolts so often, it's not too much trouble. I seem to run into more trouble thinking about it, than not thinking about it haha.

Lol I'm building a bunch of stuff and as long as I don't think about it I'm good. Once I start thinking... all bets are off. I did the initial drawings so I just need to go with what I drew up.

I had to use a pneumatic impact. No electric and no el cheapo brand! Chicago Pneumatic with 125psi. I also soaked the nut overnight in ATF/Acetone 50/50 mix.
