    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Day 2 Laminate flooring... Not bad, doing the after work remodel shift.

Yes, that's a dog bed in the middle of the dining area. Bailey wanted to lay down and supervise.

It'll be 1120 sq ft laminate, and 350 sq ft of floor tile on me.

560 sq ft of carpet will be installed by the carpet company.

That's just flooring. I'm also replacing tub and doing tile surround, shower pan and tile surround, all new bath faucets, shower valves, toilets, sink bowls and concrete countertops in the master and hall baths, and refinishing bath cabinets (solid oak)... myself.

I hear you man. This year I did 1200 sq/ft of laminate in my house. Then a full kitchen demo and remodel. I took a some time off work to do it though. I finally figured out a way to work from home as a carpenter. Thanks COVID. lol

Doing after work and on weekends is gonna get old fast. Remember to take save some time to go out and play. It'll prevent complete burnout.

i seen about 3 people this year stuck in that exact spot. 2 Tacos and a LX570.

the lexus was funny. some rich dad was driving to meet his kid and asked me if he should attempt it. told him i wouldnt and he just sent it. lol. no idea how he got out. I was on my accord that day.

and yes, the park rangers do drive around and give out fines. Had them pull up to us playing with the dogs in the water. saw the tacoma and told me no off roading when leaving. even though we drive there carefully....so best to be careful out there.

100% hear ya man. I've got a 3 day weekend I added two vacation days to, this weekend. And I'll have a couple of my sons helping. But we're going to try to get out to Prairie City on Monday.

Yeah, I personally hate mud. I get no joy from it.
As Matt from Matt's Off Road Recover said...Mudding is a rich man's sport.

There’s a mud pit at Hollister. Has event parking right next to it :D

If you’re brave enough, you’d better be smart enough to hook up tow straps and run them into the cab first. Because even when it looks safe, it’s not.

Last victim was a stock Jeep with stock tires. 20 feet in and sunk. He had nothing. We left.

Thos are awesome in the desert washes. Nice ride at higher speeds but if its a street ride?..... Fuck that. To many days replacing stupid shit because, well not a good road design. Just look at Ford with twin beam. I did kingpins and bushings every single year then built a spring pack to fix some.
