Comes with the holder sleeve from a dealer in San Bernardino, CA, the owners manual, warranty brochure and the maintenance guide. $20 for the complete setup. Local pickup preferred.     I believe that is what the booklet you see called passport is the maintenance book you refer to. I know for sure that there is a maintenance guide somewhere in this packet.
