If I remember correctly it does not remove and blocks the back window. You need to drill into the bed for the shocks (I may be wrong). To avoid water in the bed they also have a tube system that dangles from the back and must be routed out the bottom. Seems like a strange way to deal with unwanted water. Someone will chime in with 1st hand experience. You may want to search for reviews

If this is the one with the tubes, I would try to plug the top holes and leave the tubes out. But, I am not one for drilling my bed or having things dangle that I will end up ripping out with cargo. I am sure it is a quality top though

Yes it has a drain tube that I will probably leave off initially before drilling anything to see how much water actually gets in.

    On Amazon.
I noticed this odd pattern that happens on all of Retrax's covers, were they would gradually go down to half of their initial price.

It happens about once or twice a year for a single series (one/pro mx/xr, powertrax one/pro mx/xr). Monitored them by having all in Saved for Later.

Powertrax One XR was the most recent, it gradually dropped from $2099 to $1090 in two months time. At a price better than any discount or group buy, it is hard not to jump on it.

    Product Information

The BAKFlip G2 is the country's # 1 Hard Folding Tonneau Cover for a reason: Truck owners know there is NO more versatile vehicle on the road today than a truck with a tonneau cover that provides security and easy access to their truck bed. The BAKFlip G2 provides a huge, secure trunk when the cover is closed and the tailgate is locked. However, when it is time to "use your truck as a truck" and you need to haul larger items, you simply flip open the cover in the fully open position for 100% access to your truck bed! The BAKFlip G2 is the top seller in the BAKFlip line of tonneau covers as because it provides rugged aluminum surfaced panels for those who want a tonneau cover with durability, good looks, and value. When you need a cover that gives you the ultimate flexibility, security, and access to your truck bed, look no further. This cover gives you maximum theft protection when closed, while providing instant access to your entire truck bed when you need it.

I just picked up a used 2018 DCSB that had an OEM tonneau cover on it in the past.
So the OEM cover bolts etc are on there and the rails cut.

If i want a hard tonneau cover now am I going to have to put original OEM rails back on to use any other brand of hard cover ?

I am north of Boston if anyone knows of someone in New England looking to sell an OEM cover.

Does anyone have or who has a bed cover tonneau, retrax, roll cover etc. that’s compatible with overland racks?
