I used to have some binding with the Dakar springs. Not so with the U402s. What shackle are you running? I’ve got the 3.6” fabbed.

I've put in the stock shackle and the 3.6" fabbed. Its probably me being stupid, but I can't wrap my head around it. Note i've loosened all bushing bolts (eyelets), carrier barrier for drive shaft bind, brake lines, etc.

Strange. I haven’t drooped mine out fully in awhile, but I can’t see why that would be happening. Usually the weight of the axel is enough to drop it. Better yet with tires. Have you tried under articulation? Little leverage might help.

I’d be curious on pics too. Also, have you measured how much shock shaft you have showing while at “full droop”?

Brady, after I have a phone call with you on Sunday morning, you have to come here to try to get a different answer?

I explained to you it is the Deaver U402 STAGE 2 spring (new 9-leaf version). It's an HD spring, not a prerunner spring. You didn't call me up or message me before you purchased Archive gear or 14" shocks.

Inexperienced people come in and think they are going to get all the travel and carry all the weight, doesn't work like that

Can you please stop and realize the limitations of the HD spring?

I bent over backwards for you, texted and talked on the phone totaling hours, then you called up Deaver, bothered past customers, come on man

Getting the tires balanced and rotated for a moab trip. First time seeing all 4 off the ground at the same time!

I'm heading to discount tire next week and I can't wait to see them try and lift my truck up like that, and their confused faces when the back tires (proabably) stay on the ground.

Haha try and snap a pic so we can see! They were barely able to get the rears a 1/2" off the ground with my setup.

So much work to just turn around a bolt... I need to do it to mine... it's what I deserve for not reading instructions

Can't wait to get mine installed! Just need to find a local welder to help me out.

Anyone have a recommendation for some quality grease for the archive provided poly bushings for stock shackles? Hoping to get the least amount of creaks lol
