    Lol. Say no more.
Is it somewhat a straight forward install? Bumpers and electronics are my extent of mods.

yes, easy enough when you take the front wheels off and work thru the wheelwells, the drivers side is more difficult than the passenger, so start with it and the other side will be a breeze.

there is nice deeper exhaust note even with the factory exhaust, with the tune there is noticable bottom end torque...

Note: some people have had issues with their CEL while others have not.

Killer sound and more power up in the higher rpm’s. Not a huge difference but helpful if you’re towing in 4th gear fairly regularly.
Install is pretty easy if you’re even a little mechanically inclined.
Give them a ceramic paint job pre-install.

What's the consensus on the ricer sounds. No resonator needed? I switched my Y pipe out and it sounds terrible.

I don't know about consensus, but I had a standard URD y-pipe with a Vibrant resonator and Flowmaster 50 HD installed. The sound was irritating, especially inside the cabin. Recently swapped that out for a Spec-U (the newer version with the resonated y-splitter) with the catted aFe downpipes. I followed that up with a larger Flowmaster 70 and nailed it, no rice at all now.

I bought the spec-u y pipe and didn't see the resonated version. Mine is less than a year old. And resonates like a mf. Now I'm balls deep with two resonaters, and a borla type s.

Do u run skids? I recently ran into issues with my bamf and had to buy the RCI.

    Canada Eh!
Others have given good advice. For the driver side, disconnect the driver side exhaust pipe at the y-pipe (14mm) and it will allow the pipe to pivot out of the way enough. Remove the stock pipes with the O2 sensors intact then remove and reinstall them on a bench.

Also, if you are in a part of the world that sees temps colder that 0F, you’ll need to make some adjustments in VF to have reliable cold starting.

Lastly, ceramic paint on the exterior of the tubes is virtually useless. If you want a coating, go with a proper ceramic coating(professionally done), on the inside and outside. If you go with catted, they will block off the cats before application. (Inside is what matters)

How'd u run all your stuff? I'm thinking of double stacking ressies just after the 2 to 1 collector then the muffler a bit further downstream.

It’s 2-1 ultra quiet then a “reg” res. then muffler. I’ll try to get a few pics. 2mro

What's reg? Like a step "louder" than ultra? That seems to be the consensus. Double ressie then muffler.

I thought you went with the aFe ypipes?
I installed my ypipes, and I personally like them better than the URD mark 2 Ypipe. Also no more clearance issue.

For me, the pipe from the driver side would be too close to the transmission's crossmember, could barely fit a finger in between.

Now I run aFe ypipe, to Borla ProXS to dual exit resonated exhaust tips.

Damn that sounds nice. Your resonators are after the muffler? How's it sound?

I like it, much better than the ricey sound when it was the URD paired with MBRP and dual resonator tips. Much less boomy than the URD paired with Borla and dual resonator tips.

aFe with Borla and the resonator tips is like a good in between. I have not tested it without the resonated tips though.

I have a dashcam clip which i can upload later. I don't know if it will pick up the difference in time though.

The aFe? Directly from aFe power.
I got the Borla and Resonator tips from Amazon

Here is me accelerating to 60mph, please do not mind the anime music in the background (spotify radio...)

And testing out the mild and wild community tune.
