I’ll have to check this guy out.. I went to R&R for a quick alignment and the guy says he can’t get extra caster out of the JBAs so I’ve got damn near stock numbers. This the Lacey’s place?

They charge $130 + tax...a little more expensive than other places but at least you know it's done right the first time.

Thank you sir! I think I paid like 69.99 out the door. it tracks straight as long as there isn’t a big road crown. Caster is less than 3 though

Yes, Rocky is the dude. I found him 5 years ago when I moved here and have been recommending everyone go there since. Only complaint is they are a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for.

    Yes.

    My tips -
Melt a little butter and garlic and baste on the salmon filets, apply rub liberally.

Skin side down, in the oven, 425 for 20minutes or so.

Occasionally I'll crank it the last 2-3 minutes to get a nice crust on top. LMK what you think.

(BTW that jar is a lifetime supply, LOL)

I know you don't you "just got a smoker and think you're god's gift to cooking" savage.

But the salmon in the oven turns out so perfect every time. I usually get farm raised stuff from Harris Teeter or Whole Foods, the flavor is pretty mild and it turns out fabulous. Wild caught stuff is a little more fishy.
