Yeah the sockeye especially can be more fishy, but Holly is on this clean eating kick now that she is growing that little parasite so she is picky about what farm raised stuff we eat now.

Wild caught or nothing. If you can't stand the gamey your pallette isn't matured.
I'll find out which college but one of the ones out by Asheville has an ag program that you can purchase meats from that they responsibly raise in a more natural style for the animals. She should look into Polyface farms you can get his meats and stuff too.

    Obviously it's his indoor smoker
Yeah Joel is. There are aot of small farmers that are going back to natural methods of raising animals. He's kinda the front man and most vocal and successful. Curtis Stone from Canada is another good one for growing your veggies.

I miss snowboarding. Developed achilles tendonitis two years ago and can't do anything high impact anymore. Going for stem cell/PRP treatment soon to see if I can get out to Jackson Hole to bury myself next season.

Make sure it’s raw, she gets stomach issues when it’s past that and I’d appreciate not having to deal with her depends!

Yeah. Really neat tech, only the lower unit turns, not the whole engine. And it’s got a two speed transmission! But not a great power to weight ratio, weights well over 1200 pounds. Don’t think we will see too many of those on freshwater but they’ve already got big boats with 4 of these strapped to the back!

They have one the Valhalla 46 which has an exclusive with Mercury for them. They'll work well for the big CCs like the Gulfstream, HCB Estralla and Suenos, the big new Cats. Better power to weight ratio than the old Seven marine 557 and 627. With the counter rotating props and the 2spd it's gonna be a beast. 2.1 lbs/hp is actually better than the lightest weight 425 yamaha XTO which is 2.24 lb/hp the heaviest is 2.35. The mercury 450r is the king when it comes to power to weight at 1.5, but that has kinda been what mercury is good at they have few that tip the 2 lb/hp levels.

If I win the lottery you better believe I'll be putting in my order either with Smith Custom Boats 54, Freeman 47, or a Calcutta 46 with 4 of those bad boys on the back. The 47 Freeman already does mid 70s with quad 450s can't imagine what 2400 hp on the back would do. If they gained 6 mph top speed off the Valhalla 46

I just picked the Merc over the Yammy 150 because it’s lighter, larger displacement(3.0 vs 2.7, so torque sooner), and maintenance is super easy on them. Also has 20% less parts.
