I went from stock to aFE to stock to URD. I felt a bigger improvement down low with the URD for sure.
aFE headers with cats are not boost friendly in my experience. They source Magnaflow HiFlo cats, which I run much further down stream now. Hope it doesn't blow out and clog like the aFE did.

 

I don’t remember where the bungs are in your new headers. If you have 2 choices like on the URD headers, make sure the sensor goes in the collector and cap off the one in the runner.

 

Yeah ecgs, but about 4yrs old. Also running 37” tires the last year and 35’s the 2yrs before that

Or see if they would be able to help you out a bit on an 8.4" setup with an air locker?

You're so far down the rabbit hole now tho, something bigger would make sense for you

Any tips on accessing the front lower nut on the driver side????? I had to stop for the night but got the passenger swapped and all but that one nut loosened on the driver side, ready for tomorrow to make the swap

 

Have you pulled the driver side tire off? If not, take that off and try to get it through the wheel well with a long extension with a swivel end.

 

Tires off. I need to find a deeper 12mm swivel socket then. Mine are too shallow for the OEM header flange. With the DT ones they work great but OEM has too much of the stud exposed for my thinner swivel sockets to bite
