I think owning PLUUF at any time up until the takeover in MAY awards you the exchange...

 

This has been happening for a while...The high price for a bit was $6,969 and $9420 and such...That's just the "Ask" price on the level II

 

Exactly. If it was any other way they'd have to stop trading PLUUF. PLUUF shares will be converted on the merger date when it's announced. You will be able to keep buying PLUUF up until a day or two before the merger. Then they will stop trading in it and LIACF until the shares get distributed.
