I have a 2.5 inch iron man lift kit (coils, foamcelll pro shocks, and upper arms.

I am running 285/75/r16 tyres . This is the second time my passenger side ch axel pop out of the shaft. Trying to figure out if I need a long travel cv axle or could there be any other issues I am not aware off..

Is this an OEM CV? Or has it been replaced at some point?

This is pretty odd... I can’t really tell from the pic but it looks like the inner knuckle popped out? Is that right? Or did the spline part of the shaft come out as well? if it’s the spline maybe the clip in there is bad.
Did you check that you actually got only 2.5” and not more?

I’ve got the stage 1 kit from them as well and can’t see how that would happen unless things were way over extended or something. Good luck trying to get to the bottom of this.

    edit- also, welcome to TW!

This is the second time this happens! And I am pretty sure something is over extended just don't know what it is yet.

As for the installation this was like a few thousand miles later.. not sure how many exactly.

Thanks for welcoming to TW :)

Unlikely that its overextending if using Aftermarket OEM replacement shocks.

Zooming in the picture, looks like he has the stage 2 kit threaded adjusters. My guess is that the adjustment on the actual coils maybe more than suggested by Ironman to gain a 2.5 inch lift. This seems more evident because of the use of the bottle jack to raise the lower arm higher.
