Best way to paint fender whites

Just bought a 2019 crew cab long bed Tacoma that has white fender flares. Too much white so I’d like to paint them black. What is the best paint to use? Should I remove them or mask the off? Any help would be appreciated

 

Trade them with someone on the site for black ones is probably the easiest way
Might even be able to get a little bit of money $

 

I’m new to this is there a classified or swap thread on the site. I’m a little technically challenged to web site since I’m probably considerably old than most on here
