Let's See Your Dogs!!

Holy crap. Were it that cold he'd be pushing the limits of bladder control. I don't think either one of us would be willing to go out. Living in Southern California has us following your routine when it hits 50.

 

subbing b/c dogs are the best!!!

these were my last two. Both died about 3 years go. Grew up rescuing Shepherds and Huskies, most of the time had 5-6 dogs in the house at once.

Living most of my life on the central coast of California I can’t imagine dealing with cold like that. Wow...

 

I went to school in SLO. Love that little town

 

Lived in Pismo for a bit. Whole area is nice.

Well, the weather has become more inhospitable. Windchills between -20F to -35F. Temperature is -10F or less

WE are not going out. Let the dog out the back door, he stopped looked, went out, stayed within 3 feet of the house. Did his piddle. 30 minutes later, let him out again. He took off after a rabbit, stopped, hopping on 3 legs coming back through drifts. Paws very very cold. He left a sidewalk gift on the kitchen floor. Easy clean up.

WE ARE NOT GOING OUT!! I doni't want to go and neither does he.

This area is expecting another week of this joy.

Cal Poly? My best friend went there. SLO is a great area. Pismo and Grover Beach are awesome.

I went to Questa College for a semester. The female to male ratio was 3:1. I got absolutely nothing done but got laid a lot.

 

Very fortunate to live here. Graduated from Cal Poly and went to work for PG&E at Diablo Canyon Power Plant. I’m retired now. Expensive place to live but since we bought our home many years ago we are doing OK.

Yeah Cal Poly. Was there from ‘05-‘11 having way too much fun. Had a lot of friends at Cuesta too. Great time in my life. Would love to go back soon and see how the town has changed in the decade since I left.

 

It’s a rough life.
