Just because it's a built first gen that's rust free I would like to think someone will pay at least 12-13k for it. It's stupid high for what these trucks are worth but people will pay for the easy way out when it comes to a build. Also I full support a 4 link build coming out of you. A well built linked rig can easily be made reliable enough to drive cross country like you did with this one.

This is super low profile and clean and I love the direction you are going with it.

    Yes it can.

I really like driving this truck but since I built my Samurai I hardly ever drive it anymore, it is just sitting in my yard.

Fender washers from kartek. They normally use them to attatch fiberglass fenders and keep the bolt from pulling through. I still think it looks like crap but best solution I found at the time. I just learned they sell fenders without the holes and I need to recut my fenders so I’ll be ordering a set here soon

Showed my old green tacoma some love and Started painting Last week. Today I brought it home from the shop and will be adding wheels, tires, suspension, vinyl graphics too. Front and rear stock bumper. I will add some more photos as this progresses and I have it looking better but I figured I would share so far. the chrome bumper doesn't look as cool as it used to so I ordered a black one. I painted it Toyota beige the paint code from the 80's. I couldn't source a used tailgate so for now im just using a net tailgate. I replaced the drivers side fender and hood. I never like having a topper but this spring we will paint it to match just to have it. image_50422017.jpgimage_50431489.jpg image_50401537.jpgimage_50426625.jpg

These look so good. Mine have gotten considerably scuffed up, but they're in Tan and they show scratches pretty unforgivingly...

I have that exact front suspension setup. What are you running in the rear? I still can't my rear end quite right. I know kings and a relocation would be ideal, but I just can't swing that for awhile.

Nope! Haha didn’t want even want to do mine. Although I did find it to be easier than I thought it would be.
