What, no Access Cabs in action?

 

curious if someone really had the money to take them to task on this if they could win. I have spent enough time with lawyers to see where you could take every video they use as sales materials and work it against them.

 

If you advertise a truck on video off roading and you put stickers on a model called "Off Road" and take it off road, and say the locker breaks, who's responsible? Toyota can say improper usage to avoid warranty claims. To me you advertise the vehicle off roading and take it off roading the warranty applies. I'm sure they would fight you though.

 

This is one of those videos You watch at the dealership while you are waiting 2 1/2 hours for a tire rotation . Lol.. and I’m not kidding about the wait time ....face palm...

 

80% of that is stuff I don't need on a pick up truck.

 

Where the hell is the driver side grab handle, glovebox light and lockable gas cap? That’s what’s missing and what I want and need. Oh and a flat plastic cover for the tailgate so my ass won’t hurt when I’m sitting w a beer.
