I’m thinking about just doing that rather than ever weld plates on this cmc, I’m rubbing again since this alignment. You buy a kit or build one?

I used the red goat fab kit. I like it a lot compared to the others on the market. After installing it there are somethings I'd do different and to "beef" up the moving of the mount on the body more and I plan on doing. The plus side to the others is they still use the stock mount hole in the body which may be better for what you are wanting.

I want the recoil, and just self training at the house. I just want to be ready if anything happens. I used to with my shotgun all the time. This is the first pistol ive ever had.

If this is your first pistol, ball and dummy is hands down the best bang for your buck.

Take your magazines, load half with 1 round other half empty. Slide lock reload without looking and fire at your target at 5 to 7 meters away. Place a 1"x1" mark on the target and aim for the corner of it.

It will show you if you're anticipating the trigger and help break that habit. You should start any range shoot with several dry fires.

I do this with my new guys before they do anything with a pistol, and I do it myself with them. If you have 2 people it's easier.
