How have the locals been towards you? Any issues with "outsiders" showing up on their mountain?

Ive been buying the Duracell stuff at batteries plus. Have been pretty happy with them. One of their traditional 27f is slightly taller than stock and required new J bolts and a new tie down.

Most recently I put a Duracell 94r AGM in my GX470. Better specs than the lead-acid 27f, also agm which is nice, and price was friendlier than the 27f agms.

The autocraft silver that was in the GX died 1 month after I bought the vehicle. Had a large bulge on one side. Was only 2 yrs old. Decided to just skip advanced and autozone all together from here on out.

You can just trickle charge it up to 14 once a month using a battery tender or you can trick your alternator to run up to 14

Not at all. To me the best part about this mountain is the people. Most of the property owners up here are from Maryland, quite a few from the Pasadena area and a handful of us, like me, live in dundalk but have property up here for weekend getaways. My one buddy is a Cournal in the Air Force. He lives in Annapolis but has a vacation house up here. I've taken fellow TW members that he never met over to his place and he treated them like old friends. Here's a pic of TW members he just met shooting his guns off his back porch lol. Now don't get me wrong theres a few guys up there that like their solitude and don't like strangers but once you meet them they're alright. Those are the ones I really stay in good with lol. I've helped them work on their vehicles, move stuff, ect.... There was a triple homicide up here in 2016 because some guys were trespassing, he missed the 4th. People in town nicknamed this area "Murder Mountain". I like it, keeps trouble makers away. Im good friends with the family that did the shooting but obviously I wont take my friends over there lol.

Hey all, how's everyone doing? Sorry I've been AFK a bit, life got in the way. Still is, but I found a couple minutes today and wanted to hop in and say hi. What have I missed!?

I haven't bought an interstate in a long time. Right now I have a Napa in my Tundra (under a year old), two Napa's in my boat (coming up on 3 years old), and a Duaracell in my ATV (no clue how old but works).

The one I bought is a 2016. It has the regular mirage drive with turbo fins. No reverse. No 360.

I borrowed a friend's last year to fish a tournament and got hooked. It was a trial by fire but I loved every moment. Now I have my own!

I just had to warranty my first Napa battery this year in my family's spare car. Turns out it wasn't the battery. The bushing on the brake pedal that holds against the switch rotted out and the brake lights stayed on and killed the battery. They warrantied it no question and I felt bad when I found out the real cause.
