Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!

I broke out a hair dryer yesterday to warm up the plastic and put the new Spotter Mirrors on the Taco. Took it out for a test drive to adjust them and check the BSM function - what a difference.

Quiet day here at Mighty Mortgage Manor - I guess I'll rest up for the waves of snow we're supposed to get next week.

I’m going to look into the buying the rav4 convex mirrors. Glass pops out and the new glass pops in. Gotta look into the price and I think they’re heated as well

The Spotters are more expensive - and have both the heated and BSM functions. I prefer the placement of the long-look mirror on the outer bottom of the Spotters over the RAV4s. But, the great news is that we have choices!

Morning Pa! Measuring up a side job this am, then working here @ home. Going out with another couple tonight for a special valentine's day meal. We are good friends with this couple and have not got together for about a year or so to go out. After supper coming back to our place to open Christmas gifts, and fresh Mason jar. Will be a great day here in Franklin county! Happy Saturday all!

 

Motor and auger shaft connected with a flex coupling John? I replace many uni-vent blower motors and circulating pumps that have this type of connection. Uni-vents typically in our older classrooms are six to eight feet long so naturally when motors need replacing I have to replace the wheel as well due to coupling corroded on shaft even after drenching with Knock Her Loose. Good luck with the repair.

 

Bsm can be the draw back of these mirrors but I have no safety features other than me paying attention to what I’m doing while driving let’s see what we have in stores for us in the weather area

 

Calling for another 8-12 here at this point.. I may have to find someone to plow my drive.

I believe I seen your truck. We had 3 sprays yesterday, mgm and quicksand. We been busy with snow storm transmission jobs.... “why isn’t that covered under warranty”!!!! We leave that part up to the Toyota reps.... some were bad that the axles seized inside the transmissions!! Wtf people
