Was this determined to be true? It should be 1 and not 25600? My bit flags are 25600, 25600, high, low, .718, 25600

Also, what are the two separate rpm loads doing? Opening then closing?

Watching these videos, acis valve starts closed, then opens with vacuum via ECU activation. So why is there a high and low activation?

because there are triggers for activation not currently in the SW yet.
Triggers based on engine load and throttle, etc

Also in an earlier post you mentioned the breakpoint shout be 1 and not 25600.78 for an AT. Did you find this to be the case?

    25600.78
    25600.78
    3650
    2700
    .78125
    25600.78

    Is how mine reads.

it's not important right now what the breakpoints are, they should just not be edited. They were for testing only until the tables updated.

Ok. In theory then, changing the high and low activation points do what?
Lowering high from 3640 to 3400-3450 seems to really smooth out the "power" up top.

Controlling acis based off load and throttle would be SO AWESOME!

at one point I considered making a 3D table to control when it activates based on RPM and throttle position, because the analog style on / off switching is annoying

Do it do it do it do it. The analog style is annoying. There's a lot to be had with acis on these things.

    @OVTune
ACIS high at 3200 seems to do best for me on the butt dyno. ACIS high always seems to activate, regardless. ACIS Low seems to require certain parameters to be met before it kicks in. Are you aware of the situations required? Torque converter must be locked? Load %? Any other situations?

I changed my low and high to the same value, 3400 rpm.

I've played with them a lot, took them out by making it 8k, made them always open by making it 500

It just feels better to me at 3400 rpm for both

There was a thought process and reasoning behind this.

I believe high and low are referencing load.

I could feel the low kick in under light throttle

We can all feel high kick in under heavy throttle

It seemed to me that if you were acis open under light throttle then gunned it, it would close the acis then immediately open it again at 3400rpm, causing a weird stumble. With them both at 3400 it only opens there.

What i can't stand with this truck is it's lumpy ass torque band. The constant bumps and lumps during acceleration.

I am ok with some torque loss if it makes my day to day driving smoother.

Funny thing is, i don't notice any power loss.

And my intake valves are advanced 40 degrees in all the lower load areas and i feel that it has a more responsive throttle and less jerking.

    If i can fix that 1500 to 2000 rpm bump/dip/jerk, I'm golden

*All my testing and reasoning are based on feel and opinion and not fact based*

As did I! Just so happened my exact truck in MY2021 was coming to the dealership so the 2020 I wanted that needed tracking down was quickly forgotten :D
