Amen! Thought it as a year or 3, maybe 5 or so when your wife made you do the tofu thing.

Dated a "hippy" for a couple of years after my divorce and she tried to get me to eat tofu. I tried it. Stuff could gag a maggot is the first thought that comes to mind. She tried my homemade bacon. Never ever again asked me to try tofu, or seen her eat it after that. Told me she had eaten more bacon after she met me than she had in her whole life prior to that LOL.

    My wife?

Nope she is a salad eater, and a meat eater, not tofu.

Sometimes I think she has a brain filled with tofu.

We were talking about pandemics and I told her about the swine flu starting in Mexico. I said, "guess how the swine flu started?"

    She said, "bats?"

My grandfather and father both taught me you never speak badly of another mans wife, guns, truck. Or dogs. And have no plans to now or ever.

Been there and kind of miss it after 24 years of marriage until "she" went to go find herself. She couldn't make it through Medical Lab Tech School even though I worked with her on Math and Science courses. Yet was my wife so I supported her when she went into massage therapy which is for the drop outs that can't handle a lot of actual science knowledge. The bit is on or off is too much for them...

Yeah she was "Bat Shit Crazy" but she was my wife and mother of my 2 sons.

Being the only adult sucks now. And miss being dedicated to a woman that is my wife to be honest. But not as much as I used to although so jealous of those that have been married for many years and still are. That is how it is supposed to be. And really am pleased and have much respect for those that are. I was only married 24 years. The search when I was single used to be fun when I was younger. Now not so much.

The salad eater doesn't sound so bad :) Been working on building up my knife collection, mainly for vegetables for salads. But gots to have meat with my "what food eats" too.

Well Susan, and I still don't recall anyone giving you the permission to call you Sue, I agree.

Yeah if only you were closer would love to met you. Could be dangerous and force me to get rid of all the reasons I give for not getting serious again. I think I have a feel for your heart which is the most important thing for me.I work in a "target rich environment". But give up, so much treachery and BS going on in the world of females it is ridiculous. Not political correct but come on, as we used to say "outside" of Fort Bragg with Delta Force Compound when an incident, BS call it what it what it is, a situation, hit it is real life shit. But you already know how that works and how much it sucks on both ends...

In your search for National Parks my first thought is the Olympics Mountains. There is a place there that is just so beautiful when cloud cover is only 2k feet you can see only the tops of Mountains. Mt. Flatop (St. Helens) to the South down to Mt. Hood, all the way up North into Canada. Really want to go back and share it with someone. That can appreciate it. Just saying...

In the winter starting with the BWCA and a dogsled ride. At 30° below zero in February.

To the top of the Lake in front is Canada. And the dogs just want to run and run. They get so excited it is unreal. If a person can't understand that then they are just a city folk LOL. Pretty sure you don't have that issue. Many do though.

If you want to see some snow I know a guy...

Don't get me wrong, she is a big part of my life. We have been married 25 years, we knew each other for 9 years before we dated but were to busy with work to think about things.
She is a business and program manager with first Hughes aircraft, then Raytheon and now NASA. But she is a blonde.

The problem we have is that we are both set in our ways and refuse to change. So we clash alot.

    But we also laugh alot.

Well I laugh and she shakes her head

That would be a trip. Never seen a dog sled in person, but have heard how the dogs love to run. That would be fun with the right person. That view is amazing.
