I actually need to go down and get emissions done in the truck before the end of the month. Certainly doesn't seem like it is old enough to require emissions.

For the price difference of the Pro, I rather buy an OR and use the left over money towards Fox 2.5's.

I know that the end product would be superior, but I am at the very least entertaining the thought that I may not be able to get out there and wrench the same way I had been previously. This latest bout with lupus has forced me to change my outlook.

It would certainly simplify things, but all the same I still have that itch to tinker.

This may receive hate but If Ford ever brought the Ranger Raptor to the US. I'd be interested. Its such a sick truck honestly. But depends on what ford does with next gen Ranger in a few years here. Right now even the Tacoma's interior is better. Which is saying something.

My beef with Ford is that their quality has been in the shitter for years. Yeah every manufacturer out there has quality issues, Toyota is no exception but at least with Toyota it's something like a bad batch of sensors that get identified and phased out.
Ford has been having issues like motors springing such egregious headgasket leaks that they hydrolock on coolant, or intercooler problems where the "fix" is to drill a hole in the IC endtank to let the copious amounts of blowby drip out. o_O

And IMO at least a lot of Toyota complaints are more related to certain dealers and their service departments being lazy shitheads who don't want to investigate or fix problems.

If my spidey-QC senses didn't tingle in proximity to a Ford those Broncos look hawt... :anonymous:

The Tacoma is technically a newer truck. That Rangers interior has been around since 2012.

Plan is to keep my Tacoma until I cant drive it. But if something does happen to it. Then been thinking I'd end up back in a full size. Go full grampa style camp/overland mode.

I do forget about that. Have they done a mid cycle refresh on it like they did with f150's?

Anyone have recommendations for an auxiliary fuse panel/switch mounting plate for under the hood? I just ordered those parts so I can eventually get my lights all sorted out. I normally research these kings of things to death and back before pulling the trigger, but I've had pods sitting around since Christmas and I wanna get everything functional. The AZBDR run was an impetus, but it looks like that might get pushed back a bit, though I still wanna get things together.

    You ****er.

I have 3-255/80/R17 Cooper discoverer s/t max tires for sale with less than 5k miles on them...if anyone want to purchase local to have a full size spare. Or want to get a smoking price on three and then buy a new one.

You'll be spoiled, they actually make trays for the SR now, I had to buy their TRDOR version and modify mine.

Thank you, but I actually already ordered one. Appreciate the offer, though! I'm sure a guy like @Bikinaz might like that if the CFO approves it and the necessary accessories.

Actually, I'm considering selling my Softopper and getting a rtt. So coughing up even more funds is not prudent at this time

I hear you. I'm stilling weighing selling my shell and doing the same thing, now that I no longer need to worry about locking tools back there. But man, it's nice having that secure space for other things.

I realized I need to get off my ass and get momentum rolling on my garage remodel again. Got the built in cabinets installed and some other stuff organized but it's still a shit sty nightmare. Probably item #1 is gonna be controlling temps in the summer. Tinting the decorative windows and insulating the garage door.

And there's still the fact that I need to get that extra circuit added! :annoyed:

One thing that I found frustrating of shell-less life was the fact that anything you put in a bare bed is instantly nuclear hot in like 2 minutes. Went to the range once and had to put on gloves and damn near doused my ARs in water when I realized I had let them sit laying in the bed for just a bit too long.
