    We got ice. The deck is like a skating rink. I haven't checked the walk ways yet, but the local news guy just said "there's a sheet of ice out there," in regard to the roadways. Not a good morning to drive I would think. And snow is coming. This is the winter that just keeps giving.

    Good morning everyone. Well hopefully the thick layer of ice covering everything will melt away before the snow starts. I'll be going back and forth from my house on the northside to south hills to take care of my Mother-in-law and Aunt's house and vehicles once the storm starts. None of them are able to take care of the snow. One is in physical therapy from a broken hip and wrist, one is mostly blind and my mother in law keeps getting taken to the hospital for major health issues to long to list so they can't be stuck in the house. It's going to be a long week.

    I am hoping they keep those interstates and city roads clear tomorrow morning. My wife's Rav4 is scheduled for it first state inspection. The dealer offers a free inspection, oil change and tire rotation as part of the deal for purchasing an auto from them. So, all 3 are scheduled. I need the inspection done, so I am going. think there will be a few inches by late morning, at which time should be back. That won't stop me although I would prefer the drive in my truck.

    What model Rav4 does she have? My mine has a 2019 Rav4 Adventure AWD in Cajun Blue Flame. I put snow tires on it and it does great.
