So my snug top rear window (external one), had one of the arms that runs to the handle fell out of the socket. Needless to say I can’t open it now on the right side, the left still opens. Basically I’m locked out. Anyone have any advice?

There is some flex to the rear window.

Can you open the left enough to get some long needle nose pliers or a flathead screwdriver in there to push and disengage the right side?

Your other option is to open the rear window on the cab and the front sliding window on the SnugTop, crawl through and then disengage from inside the bed. Good luck if you're actually the size of Bigfoot as you won't fit through the windows.

CAREFUL THOUGH. A replacement rear window is like $500+ from SnugTop.

I don’t think I can get the latch from the outside. I may be able to have a small person crawl through the inside though. Once I do get it open, does anyone know how to solve the problem of getting the arm to stay in the slot without falling out?

Once you get it open, take several photos and post them of what you're talking about. Without seeing how the SnugTop interface is in front of me, I'd be going off old memories from the SnugTop I had on my 1st gen.

And tag me since I am not watching this thread.
