Dometic CFX3 55IM - No longer for sale

Lightly used Dometic CFX3 55IM, less than a year old. IM stands for ice machine, which is pretty nifty. Always stored in the cab, never in the bed. $800. Located in Chesapeake, VA.

 

How does the ice machine work?

 

It’s has two ice trays that you fill with water. Then in the app or on the fridge you turn on the ice maker. It just cools the surface right below the trays and it’s enough to freeze the cubes. Takes about 2 hours to totally freeze both trays.

 

That’s pretty neat! Wish I had extra $.

 

It really is pretty cool. I used it for trail margaritas usually. Just had to be on the rocks since I don’t have a trail blender quite yet.

If I had a need for it at this time, I would. I like the ice maker part. It would be nice to have ice camping.
