Remember the vid of Jeff at windrock with his cooler bouncing then he broke a cv. Well im the first one that tried that hill and i folded a cam tab almost flat trying it. Me and Trey welded my tabs after that but the cams still moved around between the tabs. So the bisons came after that. Even tho you have the bisons the tabs will still bend if wheeling hard.

That was a tough spot, it made you climb the step in the front and rear at the same time

Well, a guy says he is bringing cash Tuesday morning for the truck. His dad has a fj40 and fj80 and they go out west every year so he wants my truck.

    Yes
I’ve got the Marlin crawler gusset kit on mine. Extremely stout now. I think half of my alignment tabs were bent (due to heavy impacts putting stress on the cams causing the tabs to bend) and I also found out that one of my LCA mounting points was also bent. The MC kit straightened everything back up and there’s no way any of that stuff will bend again haha. Not too concerned about the cams themselves rotating

You know the value of the truck related to time, parts, labor spent. If it’s a worthy deal I’d be reluctant to say no in your situation as you have options left for something different without having to buy a completely new truck.

Yea I don’t shock load my truck so that’s probably why it hasn’t been an issue.
