Got the leaf springs and wheels and tires off and swapped over one both wips. Only a couple headaches. The only ceased bolts were the grease-able ones ironic. Got the front and back armor of as well.
Hopefully be done tomorrow with the swap over. E8F3A843-FF85-453C-BEA7-6A945D9C4881.jpg FC1373A6-B735-488E-981E-82B2F7FBAD80.jpg

Here’s a question I can’t seem to find the answer to on google. Does anyone know the exact size of the exhaust ports on the 3.4?

I did this today. Love the way these skid plates look. Bought it for $65 shipped and I had to get the right bolts from Ace Hardware. Used some bore brushes on my drill and cleaned up the nuts. The shield was a little bent and a little wonky but I straightened it out pretty well and wire brushed the whole thing down and there she is

Finally got around to making some progress on my fuse block set up. Decided I wanted to get that set up before installing my arb compressor. Just need to add the (2) 10 gauge leads for the compressor and cutting and adding males on all the existing power lines. Also added (3) extra 14 gauge leads for future stuff. I changed up my mounting point because while this project was on the shelf for months I bought a riv nut tool. So added some mounting points.B8B2EB02-6158-41C4-9158-9B7744640FA1.jpg 69851CAB-85D2-4578-AB67-D3F17B0201D1.jpg

It just takes time. I bought all the stuff to do this probably 2 years ago...then got it started a few months ago and finally getting around to finishing it. I hate wiring stuff. But yes my stuff looks like a rats nest right now, so fire safety is on the list of reasons to do this.

45 minute job turns into hours. Weak ass weld on nuts. Magic trick to get that bolt through there! At least we got the front bumper on. Until tomorrow.
