Honestly I’d stay away from them if your truck is a daily driver. They make the steering very sensitive... look down at your phone and it will drive off the road in an instant.

For guys that think they need a sway bar to make their trucks safe on the street a quick steer is their biggest nightmare

 

I wish there was one that was slightly better but not as crazy as that one.

 

That is the mellow one... the 2-1 is the aggressive one. The 2-1 works really well for a rig that only sees tight trails and rocks

 

The 2-1 good with full hydro? Sheesh the mellow one doesn't seem so mellow.

 

Is that an extra add on to the Howe set up that you put on his truck to make it more playful in dirt ?

 

You don’t run a quick steer with full hydro as the orbital valve controls the steering speed. The quick steer is for manual steering only

 

Yes we have a kit for the Tacoma’s but I won’t sell them unless it’s mostly a dirt driven truck. I will say in the dirt it makes the truck so much better to drive and waaaaay more fun.

On a separate note driving home through Rancho Santa Fe with the quick steer is like driving a Porsche

Can the howe pump be ran separately from the quick steer? I assume so. That way you get the benefits of a beefy pump without the sensitive steering.
