You are right. I was looking at the shape of the covers. Now that I really look at the exhaust ports it’s definitely a big block.

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!! Happy President's Day.

We got some light rain yesterday morning that turned the driveway into a luge. Lynn went down to see her mom and ended up sliding her Subaru down backwards. Somehow managed not to hit anything in the process. More snow ice and rain on the way today and tomorrow.

    Stay safe and warm.

    Morning All..

    Hope it's a good day.

Houston is covered in ice and it took our biggest facility down (power)..
can you imagine all the chem companies that NEED power to avoid really bad situations?
    I can.

In the western part of the state, they have dramatically changed the forecast. It went from 6 - 10 inches of snow to 2- 4 in the immediate Pittsburgh area and 4- 6 to the west and north of Pittsburgh. But now they are predicting .2 - .3 inches of ice, which, to me, is worse. I have to get my wife's car inspected this morning, then pick up my daughter from work this afternoon. After that, if the ice comes, I'll be hibernating. I don't want my shiny, new truck to try ice skating. It does a lot of things well, but I don't see any ice skates on it.

Good morning PA TW. Really hoping for snow out of this storm instead of ice. Looks like mostly ice though maybe turning to all rain. Have a great day and be safe

I just came back from my daily run for my daughter. My defroster was working as hard as it ever has and still my windshield was covered with a thin layer of ice. I can' quite figure out why. It started at 26 degrees and by the time I got to my daughter's work it was 24, but my windshield and wipers were iced. As I drove home, I climbed the hill that leads to the ridge where I live and the ice turned to snow, thankfully. Still, after I pulled in the garage I checked my truck. It had a layer of ice on all but the hood. Come on snow. Change that ice.

Good Morning PA folks. Reading here about all the snow and ice, I might stay in Florida a little longer. Haircut day today :woot:. I don't know if I can take the excitement...
Prayers and best wishes for Bonnie and you Craig. Hope all passes fast.
Have a great day and be safe and careful folks.

Good morning all! Add my name to the list hoping this forecast is wrong. I hate snow with a passion but a layer of ice like they're talking about can do far more damage.

Hoping forecast is wrong as well Chuck. But a front defiantly is moving in. My knee is better @ predicting weather than Eric Finkenbinder! And it's barking this am. LOL

Looks like the weather is holding off until this afternoon around here. Good thing too, gotta drive back to the dealer this morning to get another temp tag. Somewhere it's in limbo or stuck in the mail. Either way, tired of driving around on paper plates...

What kind of wiper fluid do you use? The Orange rain-x is able to get rid of light ice buildup during the drive. For before you drive look into a Prestone deicer
