thats hilarious. If you want to mess with a buddy, tie wrap a huge tie wrap or zip tie around his rear driveline and dont cut off the tail.

Anyone in Orange County willing to help me out with this mod? I'm not the most tool-skilled dude, and willing to pay for parts and time, or beers and food! I could also offer fish that I'll get when the waters open up again this summer. Thanks!

If you can change the bulbs in a headlight, you can probably do this mod. Try watching some videos on youtube first. The only recommendation I can make is to have spare plastic rivets on hand in case the OEM ones break.

I extended my drain house a few months ago, but as nicely routed as that. Now, I have to, go back and reroute. Nice work!

Good place to start then. This is not something you need help with unless someone still ties your shoes for you. I can see preferring to pay someone but not buying the “I can’t do it” excuse.
-edit- not trying to be mean but there really are many easy mods people shy away from because at some point they just stopped learning/doing.

No offense taken. I totally understand what you're saying and wished I was better at things mechanically. I am quite honestly the clumsiest guy in the world and would ruin even a Rubik's cube somehow, if that makes sense. :notsure:

Reminds me I need to check on mine. Been dealing with -30 wind chill here for a week or so. My garage is so cold though I have trouble motivating myself to do any work on the truck lol

Is something different in the 2021’s? I see the drain hose but I’ll be damned if I see a crossbeam with three holes in it like is in the OPs post. :/

Anyone got better pictures of how the hose is routed?

That would be awesome if you could. I peeked around but didn’t see it. Even got up under it (admittedly only halfway).

Any help before I climb by fat butt under there would be great!

    These two do! Thank you!

I could have sworn that section has 4 holes in mine though, not 3

I guess ultimately it doesn’t really matter tho as long as it’s secured and the tip is below the frame, right? And since the hose is heat resistant, it should be safe within a few inches of all the engine goodness (I know nothing about engines so “engine goodness” is as close as I can get. Lol).
