    Just saw an article about a photographer that's suing Kat Von D over tattooing one of his photos on a person's arm and putting it all over social media....the photographer was an instructor of mine at the school I went to. Small world

    Seems like a grey area....people get other's pictures tattooed on them all the time but she did use it to promote her tv show, so...he might win over that.
