I tried to buy a rusted out version of the first one that use to be in Rosedale around the corner from my late MIL's house. I would leave notes on it all the time but I guess the owner didn't want to sell. Ultimately it wasn't there one day. I think the original color was red like this. I'd buy a new PW based on what you told me comes on them but only with a 20 year 200k mile warr.

I don't know how much you want to spend but if you never go off road the OEM Predator side steps are fantastic, as a true step up in. Typically guys sell them new as a take-off part so they can get sliders. The best price is around $300 or less. That's what I sold mine for. I would not pay anymore than that unless they were brand spanking new, then I might offer $325. Oh, and make sure it includes the hardware. You can just roll the truck up on some ramps and then you can do the install yourself with just a socket wrench, and loctite. Or any of us can help you with that or any other mods you want to tackle.

As far as meets go, I like to hang out at the many malls around Maryland, because the overhead lighting always makes my clean truck look cooler. You're always welcome.

Sup John, I feel ya! Life can be a bitch sometimes. In my case I use them as opportunities to try new mixed drinks. Like this one time, in band camp, I found come new coke zero with coffee in a dark roast and a caramel and mixed them with Kraken rum. Freakin' awesome sauce!
