    hey fellas, i am selling a pair of leeper coilovers they came off my 08 tacoma. the reason i am selling them is because one of the coilovers is blown and i really dont want to deal with rebuilding it.

    It was an assembly issue. Mine were rebuilt and the reason I had issues were multiple seals installed upside down and a few things out of tolerence.

    Its to early for me to tell, but after the rebuild they feel completely different than when they were new. More solid and they have been great. Now I haven't been offroad yet and only have 1000 or so miles so time will tell. The shop did tell me that given what they saw inside these are DR's with a different coil so I feel more comfortable now.

    If I were to buy these I wouldn't pay more than $300, as a proper rebuild will cost $150 to $200. If you are in the LA area contact:

    I don't have any complaints other than the shock that's blown if it wasn't blown I would still have them on.

    That is always a posibility on them being dry rotted, my shop told me that 2 of the seals were in backwards......so apparently during the assembly whoever they had doing them it wasn't obvious to them.

    Other than that issue, I'm really happy with mine!
