They're totally fine on a 4.10 geared v6 or a 4.10 geared 4cyl IMHO. But for anything lower I would

I found my snow shovel from New Jersey. We are supposed to get 6 to 10 inches tonight and early tomorrow.

Nope, stock 4.10s. If I did I'd probably go 4.56 I guess but it's not enough of a difference to make me want to do it unless I'm opening up the diffs for another reason

Saw this earlier and it was in the 90s in FL.

I dunno why it says 53˚ for Los Angeles...it's 72˚ here today and gonna be 80 this weekend. Unless they're referencing the lows

Yeah that's the issue with laser printers and photos, an issue I'm having to constantly remind people at work about when they complain that the pictures I print for them aren't sharp or look a little off and try to blame me for it. It's a damn laser jet printer not an inkjet, if you want good photo prints you get an expensive ass inkjet printer. There's a reason there's hardly any photo papers for laser jets lol.

I don't know what my obsession is with 31s haha I guess cause everyone says 33s are required and I like being different and proving people wrong:crazy: I'm crazy, I know

The spindle gussets are because I want my CVs to be the guaranteed weakest link after I upgrade everything else up front... eventually I plan on slapping a turbo on this turd

You can absolutely have fun on 31s, I did for a while but it gets tiring scraping and banging on things that everyone else is just walking over no problem, plus the ride is better with the larger dia tires. Your CV will be the weakest link with manual or ADD hubs anyway if you have a locker.

Fair enough, I like that logic thank you. I plan on locking both the front and rear

No way in hell am I going to try 33s with the 3.58s I have now though

Would you say 4.56 and 33s would be the best combo for my manual 4cyl?

31’s work, I think the majority of people are good with 31’s/ the metric equivalent, including myself.

33’s just make me feel better in deep snow.

4.56 and 33s would be great, I like to be a tiny bit over geared. Makes for better slow speed control and less load on the engine.

I'm running 4.56 gears on 265s, my RPMs defiantly high and that's with a 2.4 2rz. Next set of tires will be 285s.

Give your presentations some bounce with a Tektronix wax solid ink printer.

What is your gear code on your door jam sticker? I noticed with the 4runners they don't match the Tacoma gear chart.

This is true, I forgot auto tacos exist. Autos need way higher gearing, the auto is a turdbox and decimates power. I would only do 4.88s and 33s and consider 5.29s and 33+ if its a heavy rig.

Plus 33s just look right in the wheel well.

Sounds like my 4.30's and 32's plan should be pretty solid then.
