When we were shopping around for my wife's Camry we popped the hood on one and a rat was sitting right there on the side of the engine bay. Pass!

 

Meh, can't say I blame you....ALTHOUGH, I do have some factory 4Runner SR5 wheels and tires off the wife's truck I could surely party with....if you can't find anything else that works. Good luck, and thanks for humoring me! haha

Ouch! That sucks. A buddy has a Tundra that a Squirrel did the same kind of damage. I think he found some product to help with detering them. I'll ask what he used.

Bought a 2019 chevy trax for my oldest son in oct 2019 (was my ex's idea, I tried to steer her toward other vehicles). It's been mostly sitting at her place since he is just now starting to drive. Last feb I saw a squirrel run up under it and climb up inside when I was picking the kids up. Went inside, got the keys, and popped the hood. Found this:


He missed all the important stuff, but had eaten through one side of headlight wiring. He was working on chewing through the positive side of the battery cable as well. I feel your pain.
