I bought my truck about 2 months ago and today was the first deep snow we had so I was super excited to test out the new KO2's and all the other mods and upgrades that have been installed. Had fun blasting through the unplowed and unpaved back roads near me. I turn on a main road to head towards the xpressway and a residential plow truck comes flyin' up behind me all up in my rear! I'm like WTH dude! I'm almost doing the speed limit but his guy is trying to run me down. He's got his plow on the front and salt thingy in the bed, IDK I think its a Ford but he is so close I only see his windshield in my rearview. I feel confident so I speed up just a bit and he backs off a little. I get up to the next stop and turn right and so does he but I drive more towards the side of my lane where there is deeper snow and shoot snow all over the front of his truck. The more I press on the gas the more snow is flying everywhere. I did that all the way until I got on the xpressway. I was amused. Those tires are awesome. Traction was so good, of course the 4h option helps too. Be safe everyone.

You would be singing a different song, if you lost control and the plow plowed you into the ditch.

Sounds like you may have pulled out in front of the plow without a sufficient yield.

    Be wise, drive safe.

Let the plow drivers do their work. Its a hard grueling task.

I didn't mention how long after I turned onto the road that he come up on me. As a rule, I don't turn in front of other vehicles.

I have KO2s as well but don't find them all that great in snow or on slippery surfaces. You can't beat actual snow tires for winter driving IMHO.

I was still doing 50 MPH. The left lane was completely unplowed, but the snow was grippy compared to usual. I got up to 65 in some spots.

I went back to my halogens for the winter because the LEDs don't produce enough heat to properly melt this stuff when it builds up on the lenses. It was about 8°F in this photo.

I used to drive a plow. San Juan Mountains of Colorado. But I just plowed driveways and some parking areas. Froze my ass in a skid steer too!

My husband and I want to move to Colorado soon. We go there once or twice a year to go wheeling. Housing is so expensive tho!
