Can we get some kind of update from your usps contact.
You said you shipped Friday, its now Wednesday and tracking still says its in pre-shipment.
I would think, based on the experience of having 284,353 things mailed to me, that within a day or 2 of being shipped, the package should have at least received an origin scan.
Can't recall another time someone has said they dropped it off for shipping with usps, and almost a week later the package is yet to be scanned a single time by them.
Maybe you should see if your contact has a tacoma, and he's driving around with 96 grill emblems on his truck

 

Just called him once again. Not sure if you’ll notice LOL or not but down in NC we got snow etc. and he told me that the inbound sorting truck got delayed as he was able to pull up other packages on the same truck that left with mine and those are delayed as well. That meaning that the orders that left Are on the same truck with the other packages that are delayed as well. He “told me I ask for your patience and rest assured knowing the packages are on their way and to expect a scan of tonight in to early in the morning”. Hope everyone knows on here I’ve done everything I could even drove an extra 25 minutes out of my way to take these orders straight there so they would not be at the post office instead at the Annex where they then leave for the sorting center. There’s nothing more I can do than say they were dropped off.

 

So the USPS motto of "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" doesn't apply here I suppose.

 

Even "if" the OP ran off with your $, it's one $9 and PayPal will cover you for it as well. However the OP wouldn't do that, because he said so. He has better things to do.

The post office is unreliable currently at this time and has been for the past 10 months imho. I received some Christmas cards in my mail in late January. They were post marked mid December and that saying goes "Be late than never" However those Christmas cards didn't hit me as they would've, last December.

 

I first of all don't apprieacte you saying even if the OP ran off with your money really????!! I have better things to do I am sure they will be a scan tonight and should ANYONE not get theres will send a replacement happily.

 

I said, even IF. . . . Not saying that you would or you did. That is yet to be determined as you can look at the picture of my face. I'm serious about my statement. I also went above and beyond to give your customers an expectation with the USPS Postal Service. I will however in good fashion, reconfigure my above statement to satisfy your needs.

Its all good! Just very stressful with USPS as always.
