Hell yea, that's a nice walk for your boy, and you! I, no wait, WE would love that instead of of just a walk through the woods, or up/down the common drive.

Sure, you can "pay me" a visit and do it here.

I bet @pdenajim would offer the same thing and he has a paint gun that would make it easier. He's much closer to you but I honestly don't mind. Prepping is the hardest part. Those sponge sanders are the best, but I really wish I had a sand blaster. That would be the shit. Then we just need to lay the parts out on a table and roll the paint on. It dries pretty quick but this would take two weekends. One weekend for one side, then another to do the other side.

Here's my primer painting setup. An articulating ladder and the clothes line post end. I got this idea from @EatSleepTacos when he did the same thing off the back deck of his house.

    Then it started raining so..............

I tell ya another thing. @Mobtown Offroad does freaking awesome powder coating on their stuff. I wonder if they would let you bring them the parts for them to do, for a fee of course. They are not far from you in Harrington, De. You'd have to ask them of course.

Yeah that’s my biggest fear if I do it starts raining. As Murphy’s Law was created for me. If it’s gonna happen it’s gonna happen to Chuck. You’re not too far from me about 45 minutes. A good buddy mine Chris lives up there by you. He has a Barcelona blue sport long box. I’ve spoken with Joe at @Mobtown Offroad couple times and asked him about recommendations on powder coating. I don’t Believe they do powder coating anymore or I’m assuming he would’ve offered. I don’t even care about whether it looks good or not. I just want something to protect it from rust. Rob recommended Chesapeake powder coating in Annapolis. Mobtown is only about an hour and 10 minutes from me. I went over last week and picked up my front skid up. Heading back over at some point between now and next week to get my transfer case skid.

    That looks great!

I was looking at (hopefully) 3M ceremic or huper optik on eBay and they have 35 and 20... with my black truck I think 20% would be too noticeable

Yea, I'll be honest with you, I will help you any way I can, no question, but I will assemble a temporary makeshift paint booth in my back yard and rent a sand blaster, and borrow or buy a paint gun first. I am ultimately going to need to do bumpers when I can afford to buy them so.........

Hell, I would even compare local PC prices first my damn self.

The car has Llumar Pinnacle, on the sides and back and AR 50 clear on the front. The truck has Expel PrimeXR.

If you can get Huper Optik for a reasonable price, I would not even consider the 3M. HO is comparable to Llumar. Top of the line shiznit.

Not looking forward to another ice storm here in Southern MD. I'd prefer snow.
