Yeah all is well.

Going back to move more stuff, most to goodwill.

There was alot of stuff she hung onto 'just in case' . Pieces of yarn, ribbons, plastic forks, empty cookie tins. I think she was building a nest. Lol

Oh I snapped this gem the other day.

I think I will wash my engine

 

I've been there. We always keep gallons of that cheap water on hand. Take off the lid and pour it in the tank or simply just pour it in the bowl.

 

I do that on occasion, especially after really muddy rains (we have a lot of road construction). You'd be surprised (okay, probably not) about how much muck gets up there.

I also do it to clear out live oak leaves, which can start to decompose.

When I get home I spray the bay with Tilex, which has bleach and the potential "squatters" that like to chew wiring don't like it.

 

Well it's not, NOT the answer...

 

Depends on the vehicle, a car with alot of electronics, you don't soap up and then direct spray.

 

Ruh roh...

So what should I do?

 

Cover the fuse box and other electronics with foil first

Well maybe not the battery with a conductive foil...plastic wrap I guess.

I don't bother cleaning the outside of the truck, much less the engine.

My truck the engine gets wiped down every so often but no need to use water / soap.. Now the Camaro , the engine is so clean you can eat off of it
