For Christmas my parents are buying me a custom Arizona State University license plate for which I'm allowed to choose 6 characters. I'd like to incorporate ASU and my tacoma in the 6 characters so i was wondering if anyone had any clever ideas?
    One idea I had was....
    DVLTRD (Devil TRD)

Can't use 4X4 because I'm a prerunner but here's an example of one I saw on a jeep.

sucks you guys only get 6 chars ... california allows 7, i let a friend borrow my truck and im driving around in her 03 accord which must cost a shitload to register, not only does it have personalized plates, they are for yosemite national park, so i think its $200 / year!

I may get personalized if i move to a state where it dont cost much, i was thinking either CHICOST, or CHICO09 as a tribute to where i went to school and year of graduation.

Anyhow, best of luck on what you decide and enjoy the rest of your college years! I almost came to ASU on "national students exchange" for a semester, but i came into chico state as a junior and it would have put me back too far because a lot of the classes were specific to my major and chico wouldnt accept the substitutions.

Just do the DVLTRD except only tacoma owners will understand it so the everyday driver will read it as DevilTurd.

decided to look it up ... not as much as i thought but still a lot!

Plate Type: Yosemite Initial Cost: $98.00 Annual Renewal Fee: $78.00

keep in mind that this cost is in ADDITION to everything you would normally pay, so her vehicle definitley costs over 200 per year.

haha that reminds me of a guy in my honda days, i think he lived in ohio and his plate was wshwssi ..... which went which his screen name which was wish it was si .... what was even funnier is he had a 97 civic ex coupe, the si's werent available on civics from 96 - 98

the topper was he got tboned, and for whatever reason put the SAME plate on his new car, which was a 2000 ford explorer on 20s lol
